Approach and Ethos
Harmony aims to provide an extended family feel in its approach and ethos. Within this supportive and nurturing environment the child or young person can thrive and grow into the individual Harmony will see and recognise.
Innovative Ideas
Harmony use innovative and original ideas to help children achieve the agreed outcomes required to help bring structure, stability and positive focus to the children’s life, whilst maintaining a supporting family feel to the Home.
Support and Guidance
Harmony engage and have access to a wide range of experience, skills and knowledge in order to offer support and guidance in innovative and diverse ways from its staff, managers and directors reflective of the children and young people in its care.
Positive Relationships
Harmony works closely with local specialist education providers and aims to reintroduce each individual into suitable educational settings. In the meantime, Harmony has a full-time on-site teacher to deliver tailored learning packages that meet the child or young person’s needs and learning style.
